Bakers Glo began in 2015, and for the next 4 years, it would become an established at-home cake business between Miami and New York. By 2018, Wendy converted all cake recipes to vegan recipes as she began a new journey balancing being a business owner and joining motherhood.
Wendy’s first passion was cake artistry since her junior year of high school. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2014 with an Associates of Science in Baking & Pastry. She has worked in various kitchen settings from Miami Beach to Brooklyn. She developed her skills in the cake world by learning about color theory, sculpting, icing tier cakes, working with fondant and chocolate mold, working with team members creating new designs from inspiration photos or shared creative ideas.
Currently, Wendy offers 8 vegan cake flavors that can be ordered using the form below. She developed an extensive cake recipe book in 2023 that can be purchased on Amazon.
